Available, Premium, and Ineligible are operational signals captured at a point in time—not contractual guarantees. Teams should still confirm a creator’s status during outreach.

Save a promising creator from rankings, search, or Discover. Add private notes and a pipeline status such as outreached, recruited, or on agency. When a creator becomes part of the roster, the Agency view keeps performance and cumulative tracked earnings visible without mixing that represented creator back into the prospecting queue.

Keep the team focused when the market moves
Live and offline alerts can follow selected creators even when they are not currently on a ranking, subject to fresh direct tracking. Rank alerts help surface a new board appearance. Threshold alerts can notify the workspace when cumulative tracked diamonds cross a configured recruiting milestone. Gifter alerts add relationship context when a tracked supporter appears in another observed room.
Alerts can be delivered by email or Telegram. Each message identifies what changed and links the creator back to their TikTok profile. The alert system never treats a failed or stale check as proof that a creator is offline.
