Affiliate Agreement

The rules for participating in the LiveRank affiliate program.

Effective August 16, 2026Version 2026-08-16

1. Agreement and eligibility

This Affiliate Agreement is between TikLiveRank LLC, a Colorado limited liability company (“LiveRank,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), and the verified LiveRank account holder accepting it (“you”). It supplements the Terms of Service and Privacy Notice. You must be at least 18, have an active paid Creator, Pro, or Agency plan when you enroll, have authority to enter this Agreement, provide accurate information, and complete any identity, tax, payout, or compliance steps required by Whop.

2. Qualifying commission

While your participation term is active, the advertised program pays 25% of the first successfully paid Creator, Pro, or Agency plan payment from a qualifying customer attributed to your provider affiliate code. At current prices, the examples are $5 on the $20 Creator plan, $50 on the $200 Pro plan, and $75 on the $300 Agency plan. It does not pay on renewals, trials that never convert, Free accounts, seat add-ons, taxes, refunds, disputes, chargebacks, fraudulent transactions, self-referrals, or other offers unless LiveRank expressly presents and you accept different written terms.

Whop controls hosted checkout attribution, its current attribution window, payout onboarding, payout timing, balances, reversals, and required verification. The current expected signup-attribution window is 30 days, but a registration, click, or visible referral count alone does not guarantee a commission. Refunds, disputes, and chargebacks may reverse an attributed commission.

3. Required advertising disclosure

Every endorsement or promotion must clearly and conspicuously disclose your financial relationship with LiveRank near the recommendation or link. A suitable plain-language disclosure is: “I may earn a commission if you purchase through this link.” Do not hide the disclosure in a profile, terms page, hashtag block, or after a “more” expansion when a reasonable viewer would miss it.

You are responsible for complying with the FTC Endorsement Guides and every advertising, platform, and consumer-protection rule that applies to your promotion. You must describe LiveRank and its plans accurately and must not claim to be an employee, agent, official spokesperson, or TikTok representative.

4. Prohibited conduct

You may not:

  • make false, misleading, unsubstantiated, or undisclosed endorsements;
  • promise guaranteed earnings, recruiting results, ranking coverage, availability, or uninterrupted service;
  • bid on or impersonate LiveRank, TikLiveRank, TikTok, ByteDance, or confusingly similar brand names in domains, ads, accounts, or search campaigns without written permission;
  • use spam, purchased lists, unsolicited bulk messages, malware, deceptive redirects, cookie stuffing, forced clicks, fake accounts, automated registrations, or other artificial traffic;
  • refer yourself, coordinate circular purchases, conceal a common owner, or manipulate attribution or commission records;
  • offer an unapproved discount, rebate, prize, or cash-equivalent incentive; or
  • publish private customer, creator, workspace, or security information.

5. Links, brand assets, and intellectual property

LiveRank grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right during an active term to use the affiliate link and approved brand materials only to promote LiveRank lawfully. You may not modify logos in a misleading way, register LiveRank intellectual property, sublicense program access, or imply sponsorship or exclusivity. All goodwill from permitted use benefits TikLiveRank LLC.

6. Records, review, and withheld amounts

Keep reasonable records of material promotions and disclosures. LiveRank may request examples to investigate compliance, fraud, or a customer complaint. LiveRank or Whop may hold, reverse, or decline amounts reasonably connected to fraud, prohibited conduct, refunds, disputes, provider error, or an invalid transaction, subject to applicable law. Aggregate dashboard figures are informational until the provider confirms an amount as payable.

7. Taxes and independent status

You are an independent participant, not an employee, partner, joint venturer, franchisee, sales representative, or legal agent of TikLiveRank LLC. You control how and whether you promote LiveRank, subject to this Agreement. You are responsible for your own taxes, registrations, licenses, insurance, expenses, and reporting. LiveRank and Whop may collect tax or identity information and issue required forms.

8. Suspension and early termination

You may stop participating at any time. LiveRank may suspend or terminate participation immediately for fraud, unlawful conduct, security abuse, deceptive marketing, material breach, provider restriction, or risk to customers or LiveRank. LiveRank may otherwise end the program or your participation on reasonable notice. Expiration or termination ends permission to create new attributed checkouts; it does not create a right to future or recurring commissions. Valid amounts already earned remain subject to provider verification, reversals, and applicable law.

9. Participation term, changes, and re-enrollment

Your affiliate participation lasts exactly 12 months from the date and time you accept this Agreement and does not renew automatically. The expiration date is available in your affiliate workspace. After expiration, LiveRank stops attaching your affiliate code to new qualifying checkouts unless you review the then-current agreement and enroll again. Your permanent referral URL may continue recording aggregate link visits and registrations, but those records do not create a commission right outside an active participation term. A later enrollment starts a new term and does not retroactively create commissions.

LiveRank may change future program availability, rates, qualifying plans, or other terms. Material changes apply prospectively after notice and do not rewrite the acceptance receipt for your existing version. If a new agreement requires acceptance, the affiliate workspace will present it before a new term begins. Re-enrollment after expiration is optional and uses the agreement presented at that time.

10. Electronic acceptance and evidence

Clicking the unchecked acceptance control and then creating or reactivating an affiliate link is your electronic acceptance. LiveRank records the agreement version, document and presentation digests, acceptance time, term expiration, account-linked pseudonymous identifier, privacy-minimized device and network evidence, and an integrity seal. These records are retained to administer the program, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and meet legal obligations as described in the Privacy Notice.

11. Disclaimers and limits

The affiliate program is provided “as is” and “as available.” LiveRank does not guarantee traffic, conversions, availability, earnings, uninterrupted attribution, or continued operation of the program. To the fullest extent permitted by law, TikLiveRank LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or lost profits or data, arising from the program. Nothing in this Agreement excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

12. General terms and contact

You may not assign this Agreement without LiveRank's written consent. If a provision is unenforceable, the remainder continues to apply. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. This Agreement, the Terms of Service, and policies expressly incorporated here are the entire agreement about the affiliate program. Colorado law governs without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
